I will build your Cold Email Automation System
Cold email infrastructure

Outbound that reaches the inbox, not the spam folder.

I build and run the sending infrastructure behind B2B outreach campaigns — domains, authentication, warmup and reply routing. You get a system that stays healthy while it scales.

What I do

Four parts of a sending system that works

Most outbound fails on infrastructure, not copy. These are the pieces I build and keep running.

Infrastructure

Sending infrastructure

Domains registered and separated into pools, DNS built out, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so mailbox providers trust what arrives.

  • Domain setup
  • Google Workspace provisioning
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • Separate sending pools
Deliverability

Warmup and placement

Every mailbox warms on a randomised schedule, then placement gets tested against real Google and Microsoft inboxes before volume goes up.

  • Randomised warmup
  • Inbox placement testing
  • Blacklist monitoring
  • Domain rotation
Automation

Campaign operations

Sequences built and loaded, sending rotated across the fleet, replies routed into one inbox so you only see conversations worth having.

  • Sequence build
  • Sending rotation
  • Reply routing
  • CRM handoff
Data

Lists and enrichment

Prospect lists built to your ICP, verified before they are loaded, and delivered import-ready so nothing bounces on day one.

  • ICP list building
  • Email verification
  • Waterfall enrichment
  • Import-ready export
How it runs

From first audit to steady pipeline

01

Audit

I check what you already have — domains, authentication records, blacklist status, warmup health — and tell you plainly what is broken.

02

Build

Domains registered, DNS and SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, mailboxes provisioned across separate pools so one bad day cannot take everything down.

03

Warm

Every mailbox warms on a randomised schedule before it touches a real prospect. This is the step most people skip, and it is why their domains burn.

04

Launch

Lists built to your ICP and verified, sequences loaded, sending rotated across the fleet, replies routed to one inbox you actually read.

05

Monitor

Placement tested against Google and Microsoft pools on an ongoing basis. Domains get rotated out before they cause damage, not after.

Who you are working with

I am Toukir. I keep other people’s email landing.

I work from Rangpur, Bangladesh, with founders and agencies across the US, Europe and the rest of the world. My day is domains, DNS records, mailbox pools and placement tests — the unglamorous layer underneath everything an outbound campaign needs to work.

I am a Google Workspace reseller, so provisioning and authentication happen properly rather than through workarounds. When something breaks at 2am your time, it is still my afternoon.

In their words

What clients say when I am not in the room

Toukir has helped us with some key tasks for business growth. Engagement and responsibility are top tier. He comes with solutions, not problems. A+

James Corneille Founder

Toukir helped me and my team with a bunch of technical and backend integrations. He was very helpful, quick to learn, execute and I felt that I could delegate 100% of the gigs without needing to be worried of anything would be missing.

Extremely happy with his work and continuous support.

Tal Sionov Founder

Toukir is one of the best guys I met! He’s helping me so much with setting up my emails, including all the technical stuff, and he even took it one step further and added some nice features to improve the delivery rate.

He really cares about my business and operation. I’ll keep Toukir with me for a long time.

Before you ask

Questions I get every week

Warmup takes two to three weeks and cannot be rushed — that is the step that decides whether your domains survive. Realistically you are looking at four to six weeks from kickoff to steady replies. Anyone promising results next week is skipping warmup, and you will pay for it later.

I build sequences and can write variants, but the strongest results come when the offer and positioning are yours and I handle the machinery. If your offer is not landing, more sending volume will not fix it, and I will tell you that before we start.

No, because campaigns never send from your main domain. Outreach runs on separate lookalike domains with their own authentication, kept apart from the domain your company email uses. If a sending domain degrades, it gets rotated out and your primary is untouched.

Your ideal customer profile, your offer, and access to register domains or a card to do it on your behalf. Everything else — DNS, mailboxes, warmup, sequencing — is mine to handle.

It works in your favour more often than not. Overnight issues in the US and Europe land in my working hours, so problems tend to be fixed before you wake up. For calls I keep evening slots open.

Next step

Tell me what is not working.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring your current setup and your target, and I will tell you what I would change and roughly what it costs. If outbound is the wrong move for you, I will say that too.
