What I actually do all day

My day-to-day is the unglamorous machinery of outbound. DNS records. Mailbox tenants. Warmup curves. Placement tests. Reading raw message headers to work out what Google decided about an email and why. It is not the part of cold email anyone posts about, and it is the part that decides whether any of the rest of it works.

I am not a generalist marketer who also touches infrastructure. Infrastructure is the whole job. When someone tells me their reply rate collapsed, I am not going to suggest rewriting the subject line — I am going to ask for message headers and go and find out what actually happened.

How I got here

Over the last few years I have worked with more than a hundred clients, set up hundreds of thousands of cold email accounts, and helped send millions of cold emails. Most of that was learned the way this work is always learned: by having things break at scale and having to find out why.

Somewhere around the third or fourth time I audited a fleet by hand, I started building my own tooling instead — DNS audit scripts, bulk Cloudflare automation, account status checkers. At four hundred domains, clicking through dashboards is not diligence, it is just a slower way to miss things. The 24 free tools on this site came out of that. They are the checks I run on client fleets, made public because there was no reason not to.

Licences and tenants

I can supply Google Workspace licences at reseller price, below Google’s public list price, and I manage the tenants directly rather than passing requests through someone who only handles billing. For anyone running mailboxes at volume that combination is worth real money and a lot of saved time.

How I prefer to work

No fixed packages and no tiers. Every engagement gets scoped to your sending volume, your offer and your timeline, because a small agency setup and a large enterprise fleet are not the same job priced differently — they are different jobs.

I would rather tell you that you do not need me. A good number of the calls I take end with the person able to fix it themselves, and that is a fine outcome. It is also why the tools are free and why the blog gives away the actual answers rather than teasing them.

The person who scopes the work is the person who does it. There is no account manager in between, and there is no team behind me that you would end up talking to instead.
