Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Toukir Ahmed ("I", "me") handles information in connection with the website toukirahmed.com (the "Site") and the cold email infrastructure and deliverability services I provide (the "Services").

1. Information I collect

You can use this Site without creating an account. There are no contact forms, no account system, no newsletter signups, and I do not run advertising on this Site. The Site does use two measurement technologies, described in section 2: privacy-preserving traffic analytics and a business-visitor identification pixel.

I receive personal information directly only when you choose to send it to me, for example:

• Email — your email address, name, and the contents of your message when you write to toukir@toukirahmed.com.
• WhatsApp — your phone number, profile name, and messages when you contact me on WhatsApp.
• Meeting bookings — your name, email address, and any details you provide when scheduling a call with me (for example via a Google Calendar booking page).

2. Analytics and website visitor identification

Traffic analytics. The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies and without building a profile of you across other sites.

Visitor identification pixel. The Site loads a visitor identification script provided by Instantly.ai (operated with its identity-resolution partner, RB2B) from the domains r2.leadsy.ai and ins.toukirahmed.com. When you visit, this script collects technical data — your IP address, device and browser characteristics, the pages you view on this Site, and a cookie or similar identifier — and matches it against the provider's database of business contact records. Where a match is found, I may receive the name, business email address, job title, company, and LinkedIn profile of the visitor, together with the pages viewed. Matching is currently limited mainly to visitors in the United States and to business identities; most visitors are never identified.

I use this information for one purpose: to understand which companies are interested in my services and, occasionally, to follow up with a relevant business contact by email. I do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the provider itself. Data held by the provider is governed by Instantly's privacy policy and RB2B's privacy policy.

How to opt out. Blocking third-party scripts (for example with a content blocker or by disabling JavaScript) prevents the pixel from running. You can also ask the provider to remove you at rb2b.com/opt-out, or email me and I will delete any record I hold about your visit and not contact you.

3. How I use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you.
• To scope, deliver, and support the Services you request.
• To send invoices and manage the business relationship.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising. Contact details obtained through the visitor identification pixel (section 2) are used only as described there.

4. Hosting, free tools, and third-party services

The Site is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering and securing the Site (see Cloudflare's own privacy policy). Some tools use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, and rate limits are enforced using a short-lived, non-reversible token derived from your IP address. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

Free tools. Domains, email addresses, DNS records, and text you enter into the tools on this Site are processed only to produce the result you asked for and are not stored, except where a tool says otherwise (for example, an optional monitoring subscription you sign up for). Some tools pass your input to a specialist provider to do the work — email verification uses a third-party verification API, and the AI writing tools run on Cloudflare Workers AI. Please do not enter personal data of others into these tools unless you are entitled to process it.

If we communicate by email, WhatsApp, or Google Calendar, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. Some outbound links on this Site are affiliate links; the destination site may know you arrived from here, but no personal data is passed to them by me.

5. Client data and the Services

When delivering the Services, I may handle infrastructure and business data on your behalf — such as domain names, DNS records, mailbox accounts, and campaign or lead data you provide. This data is:

• used only to deliver the work you engaged me for;
• kept confidential and never shared with other clients or third parties except the platforms needed to do the work (e.g. your registrar, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your sending tool);
• deleted or returned on request after the engagement ends.

You are responsible for ensuring that any lead or contact data you supply to me was collected lawfully and that your outreach complies with applicable laws (such as CAN-SPAM and similar regulations).

6. Data retention

I keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to support the engagement, resolve any issues, and meet accounting or legal requirements — after which they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, just email me — I will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

I use reasonable technical measures to protect information — including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and reputable platforms for hosting and communication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I take the protection of client data seriously; it is the core of my work.

9. Children

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
