This privacy policy explains how Toukir Ahmed ("I", "me") handles information in connection with the website toukirahmed.com (the "Site") and the cold email infrastructure and deliverability services I provide (the "Services").

1. Information I collect

The Site itself collects nothing directly. There are no contact forms, no account system, no newsletter signups, and I do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this Site.

I receive personal information only when you choose to send it to me, for example:

• Email — your email address, name, and the contents of your message when you write to toukir@toukirahmed.com.
• WhatsApp — your phone number, profile name, and messages when you contact me on WhatsApp.
• Meeting bookings — your name, email address, and any details you provide when scheduling a call with me (for example via a Google Calendar booking page).

2. How I use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you.
• To scope, deliver, and support the Services you request.
• To send invoices and manage the business relationship.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

3. Hosting and third-party services

The Site is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of delivering and securing the Site (see Cloudflare's own privacy policy). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. If we communicate by email, WhatsApp, or Google Calendar, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies.

4. Client data and the Services

When delivering the Services, I may handle infrastructure and business data on your behalf — such as domain names, DNS records, mailbox accounts, and campaign or lead data you provide. This data is:

• used only to deliver the work you engaged me for;
• kept confidential and never shared with other clients or third parties except the platforms needed to do the work (e.g. your registrar, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your sending tool);
• deleted or returned on request after the engagement ends.

You are responsible for ensuring that any lead or contact data you supply to me was collected lawfully and that your outreach complies with applicable laws (such as CAN-SPAM and similar regulations).

5. Data retention

I keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to support the engagement, resolve any issues, and meet accounting or legal requirements — after which they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, just email me — I will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

I use reasonable technical measures to protect information — including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and reputable platforms for hosting and communication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I take the protection of client data seriously; it is the core of my work.

8. Children

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
