Domains & registrars
2Dynadot
Where I buy secondary sending domains in bulk. Clean bulk search, free WHOIS privacy, and no upsell screens between you and checkout.
- Good for: 20–50 domains in a single order
- Expired market is worth watching when a client needs domain age on day one
- Not for DNS hosting at scale — point the nameservers at Cloudflare
- Also: transfer a domain in, expired closeouts, backorder auctions
Namecheap
The other half of my portfolio. Worth running a second registrar so one account problem cannot take every sending domain offline at once.
- Good for: splitting a fleet across two registrars
- Familiar to most clients who already own domains
- No particular weakness — it is the safe default
Hosting & sending
2Hostinger
Cheap shared hosting for the step most people skip: putting a real page on every sending domain. A domain parked with nothing on it is visible to receivers.
- Good for: one-page sites on secondary domains
- Cheapest way to stop a sending domain looking abandoned
- Not for anything that needs to survive traffic — static sites belong on Cloudflare Pages
Instantly
What I connect client inboxes to. Unlimited inboxes per plan is the only pricing model that survives a fleet of a few hundred mailboxes.
- Good for: campaign sending and warmup at fleet scale
- Plan the ramp first with the warmup calculator, then hand it the numbers
- Not a substitute for a correct technical setup underneath
Things I do myself
2Google Workspace inboxes
I provision Google Workspace inboxes directly, so there is nothing here pointing you elsewhere. 200,000+ inboxes provisioned to date.
- Licences below Google’s own price
- Accounts built with names, photos and signatures
- Microsoft 365 as well, where it fits
List cleaning & B2B lead data
Verification, enrichment and cleaned lead lists run through Rooster4am. Same reason — my own work, no commission involved.
- Lists cleaned before they are sent to
- Verified B2B contact data
- Bulk enrichment on request
Why these and not others
Ranking is not for sale. Each card says where the tool is a bad fit, because most bad outcomes come from using the right tool for the wrong job.
Not sure what you actually need?
Bring a domain and tell me what is happening. Thirty minutes, free, no pitch — plenty of calls end with someone able to fix it themselves.
