Creating one email account is easy. Creating six hundred that are all set up the same way, correctly, and ready to start sending is not — and that gap is where most problems begin.

An account with no photo, no signature and default settings looks fine in the admin panel and behaves badly in the real world. Multiply that across a batch and you have a problem nobody can trace back to setup.

What usually goes wrong

Problem 1

Paying Google’s list price

There’s no reason to. Partner pricing is lower and the licence is identical.

Problem 2

Accounts that look empty

No photo, no signature, an unfinished profile. Gmail reads that as bulk sending.

Problem 3

Set up but not usable

Sending is switched off, or the connection to your sending tool was never tested. Found on the day of launch, usually.

What I do

Buy the licences, build the accounts, and hand them over ready to use.

1. The licences

I supply Google Workspace at reseller price, below Google’s public rate. Same product, same support, lower bill, and the saving gets bigger with every seat you add.

It’s worth it from a handful of seats upward, mostly because you get the setup done at the same time rather than separately.

2. The account setup

Then the accounts themselves — all built to the same specification, because inconsistency between them is what makes a batch behave unpredictably.

  • A real name and a photo on every account
  • An email signature with your address on it
  • Two-factor login turned on, backup codes saved for you
  • Recovery email and phone pointing at you, not me
  • Sending switched on and tested from your sending tool
  • A daily sending limit that is actually safe

3. Microsoft 365 as well

Serious setups run both. Google and Microsoft treat email differently, and your prospects are split across the two, so matching the platform to where they actually read email is worth real money.

I set up Microsoft 365 alongside Google whenever that’s the right call, and I’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t.

How long it takes

from order to usable
Licences orderedsame day
Accounts created1–2 days
Set up and tested1 day
Warm-up before real sending2–4 weeks
The accounts exist within days. If they’re for cold email, warm-up still has to happen before you use them.

What I need from you

Three things, none of them complicated.

To quote

How many inboxes

The seat count, or how many emails a day you want to send and I’ll work it out.

For the accounts

Names and photos

Real names and headshots, or approval for me to use sensible stand-ins.

For safety

A phone and email

Where account recovery should go. It points at you, never at me.

To connect them

Your sending tool

Which one you use, so I can connect and test each account before handover.

Is this right for you?

Yes if

This is a good fit

  • You need more than a handful of email accounts
  • You’re paying Google list price today
  • You want the accounts set up properly, not just created
  • You want both Google and Microsoft inboxes
No if

Look elsewhere

  • You need one or two personal inboxes
  • You want a platform that rents you inboxes rather than you owning them

What it costs

Licences are priced per seat below Google’s list — email me a seat count and I’ll send a number the same day. Setup is quoted separately based on how many accounts.

What I promise: you get a written price before I start, it doesn’t change unless the job does, and if you don’t actually need to hire anyone, I’ll tell you on the first call.

Common questions

How much cheaper is it?

It depends on seat count and term, so I quote rather than publish a number. Email me how many you need and I’ll reply the same day.

Is it worth it for a few seats?

From a handful upward, yes — mostly because the setup comes with it. The licence saving on its own becomes the bigger factor once you’re into dozens of seats.

Google or Microsoft?

Both if you’re serious. They behave differently and your prospects use both. If you must pick one, pick where most of your prospects are.

Can you move my existing accounts?

Yes, and that’s worth doing carefully so no mail is lost during the change. See the moving service for how that’s handled.

Other things I do

Next step

Tell me how many inboxes

Email or WhatsApp me a number and I’ll send a price the same day, including what the setup involves.

What happens on the call

We look at your setup together, I tell you what’s wrong and what it takes to fix. If you can do it yourself, I’ll say so — that happens fairly often, and it’s fine.
